Barry, when the co-op starts, members would exchange their particular skills. For example, after the board electrician rewired your kitchen and bathroom lighting you would reciprocate by telling him how unethical he was ... In my case, I have no special skills and would reciprocate by giving a hearty handshake or letting him pet my dog. |
