...don't-ya-just-love-it-when-someone-ships-a-card-back-to-you-and-places-a-stop-payment-on-his-check-after-you've-already-deposited-it-despite-not-notifying-you-of-his-intentions-until-after-the-fact bump. In other words, the Evers is again available. (Unless your name is Paul Fox of Boxboro MA, in which case it's not available and in which case I hope silverfish chew up all your old cardboard.) |

Tell me about it. I realize people end up in bad situations, but it was such a patently uncool way to handle things. A total bad-karma move in my book. |

Wow! That sort of thing happens on ebay but not so on the board. Good things happen to good people and bad things happen to bad people. This guy has done wrong to one of the good guys in the hobby. Karma will come his way and I hope he will realize when it does. Most people like this are clueless and out of touch anyway. |

I agree with Steve..If someone has some kind of issue it's best to communicate and resolve it in a professional manner. Renegging this way on a BST deal is very bad.... |

Steve - that is terrible; it's always best to be up front with these things. Thank you for publicizing his name so we all know to stay away. |

He did refund my shipping fees and included an extra payment that I assume will cover my inevitable bank fees, so I wouldn't include Paul among the hobby's Untouchables. But this really was an incredibly gauche way to handle the situation. |
