Default N172 Goodfellow For Trade

Posted By: Kevin Cummings

Nice looking card of Mike Goodfellow. Tougher Detroit version. Some light glue residue on the reverse.

Although I really prefer to trade for a similar conditioned N172, I will consider a cash offer if it is attractive enough.

Hi Kevin,

I assume the Goodfellow is too nice to trade for what I have but was wondering if you have any lesser condition ones you are looking to trade for one of my Shorty Radfords I have posted a few threads down.

Thanks

Sean:

Thanks for the reply, but Radford is not someone for whom I'm looking and, at the moment, Goodfellow is my only trade bait.

Joe:

I'd much rather check a card off my want list than to get a check in the mail, so as a result I haven't given much thought to a firm "for sale" figure.

But like Potter Stewart said about pornography "...it's hard to define, but I'll know it when I see it..." wink.gif

Kevin,

E-mail sent. Can you clarify the last statement in the post above? It might help me find something on your list.

Unfortunately, Potter Stewart was about 46 years too young to have made the Old Judge set. wink.gif

Has anyone offered a Johnson for the Goodfellow yet? [One old English slang definition of goodfellow was "vigorous fornicator"]

Adam:

This posting and my emails last night are testimony to the fact that one should not drink Jack Daniels, watch the Sweet Sixteen and traipse around on the Internet simultaneously.

And while no one has yet, I am hoping someone will eventually offer me a Johnson - Spud Johnson. I'd take it! happy.gif

Nice pic. That is not a type 1 photo so Brucie and I would pass. Put that back in your scrapbook. No glue...you will ruin the photo......

Kevin, I'll pass on the Stewart but I'd like a scan of the Jack Daniels, oh heck forget the scan I'll take the Jack Daniels.
