Displaying Photographs

I have a few vintage Burke photographs that I am considering having framed for displaying. What advice could you give as to protect the photos? To date I have been told to make sure I get UV glass and that double matting + keeps the glass from contacting the photo and running the risk that the picture adheres to the glass over time.

I love the photos and would like to display them but want them protected as well.

Any advice is appreciated.
