Help with ebay seller

Just won an auction from an ebayer calling themselves "sportscarddirect". At first it appeared that I got a good deal but looking over their other auctions I have to wonder about the legitimacy of this seller. It appears as though they have all these great high end cards graded by some unknown grader.

Anyone have any reccomendations of what to do in situations such as these ????
