Image posting difficulties (runscott or Elliott?)

First, thanks to Scott F. for posting the image posting instructions recently.

However, when I try to upload a temporary file (Step 8 in Scott's list), the "list of temporary files" screen reappears but it is still empty, and nothing seems to have uploaded.

I AM logged in and everything has gone smoothly to that point. The file in question is only 31KB so that's not the problem. It's an ordinary JPG file.

Has anyone else experienced this?

1. your file name is invalid
2. the file is too large
3. Net 54 is broken again

Tim,

I had a problem similar to this when I first tried to post a picture, and it was because of the way I had named the file. The file name has to be all one word (For example: instead of T206 Ty Cobb.jpg it has to be T206TyCobb.jpg). I dunno if that is why you are having trouble, but I wanted to pass it on just in case...

Changing the file name to one word cleared the problem right up-- thanks to Chris, Scott, and Julie for their responses.
