I pulled the auction for the e92 Nadja Rebel Oakes. No secret behind the scenes deals, even though it was still $150 from reserve. I knew that if it did sell, I was going to regret it. Unless the offer is insanely out of line with reality, I won't consider selling the card. |

Jay: Someone will be disappointed that you have ended the auction, but fortunately in this case not me since I have a really nice Nadja Oakes and would not have been bidding on it. It is one of the nicest of the E92's, based on recent sales, I think it would have gone for somewhere between $250 and $350. |

this common e-card is worth about $86.00. I have at least four of them that didn't sell and Lipset has piles of it! |

Yeah, whatever. That's why I've gotten 2 offers over $300 for the card since pulling the card. |

I'm going to have to agree with Brian on this one, Jay. I've got about 50 and use them to wipe Henry's feet when he comes in from the rain. |

You responded to this five minutes after I wrote it! That is impressive considering you spent weaks to send me Indian cards and never responded to either the e-mail inquiries on that nor the phone message I left for you! Impressive improvement. |

I told ya I sent those Indians via Pony Express. Not my fault the horses couldn't run any faster. Then again, maybe they got ambushed by Indians along the way and that is what slowed them down. |

PSA isn't being bashed on this thread - you need to wander over to the "Hermanski" thread to get in some good PSA bash-reading. As long as PSA continues to slab vintage cards incorrectly, the vintage card collectors on this board have every right (and some might argue, duty) to voice their disaproval. We collect these cards, some of us would rather slabbing had never started, but since it's here to stay - we have to insist that it be done with integrity. We do the same for SGC, BVG, GAI, etc. |

Any legitimate (the others don't matter) card grading company that screws up is going to hear about it. I have called SGC on the carpet several times. They have ALWAYS answered with the correct answer from the times I have seen. Has PSA? (answer- no). I am NOT saying SGC hasn't made mistakes. They are human graders and it's how you handle the (hopefully very infrequent) mistakes that count.....and this sermon is getting old. I will not bore with other thoughts on this particular subject as it has been beaten to smithereens (is that a word?). As far as bashing each other....well, as board contributors it is our right to do it...and I would hope in moderation. Let's always not forget this is a forum for "primarily the discussion of our little gems".... ok now, who want's to take the first swing? |

For people new to the board, yes, a lot of this does look like fighting, but some of it just good natured ribbing between friends. Once you've been here a awhile you can figure out who is fighting and is just joking. With BcD, it can be hard to tell the difference sometimes |

based on Common manners when selling cards, the fact I both called you about it and left e-mails coupled with the probably I can afford to deal with it in ways you cannot afford! And NO,you did not tell me anything you merely posted your humor on a public chat board because yourtoo cheap to pay 15 cents to call and explain this issue. |

I am not kidding! When someone pays you weeks ago for cards you do not send for weeks and do not respond to either e-mails or phone messages there is no fight, just consequences...... |

Brian, I got a personal check from someone other than yourself paying for your cards. Sorry, but after getting screwed by the likes of Josh Evans and few others over the years, I wanted to make sure the check cleared since I've never actually dealt with you before. And yes, I did respond to your emails. You prolly jsut skimmed over it reading all those gossip emails about Leon. |

Because you did not send me any. And though tempting,I'll refrain in this thread from commenting on Leon or e-mails concerning things people do not need to talk about. |

Stock price was up to $5.05 and closed just under $5 per share on a 22% increase or 86 cents per share. Still far from where David Hall lied to investors in the Private Placement. |
