minor league rosters??

this may have been covered here before and i believe there may be a guide, BUT, where does one go to find the rosters of minor league teams from the turn of the century to WWII.

specifically, i am searching for 1916 new haven, connecticut, the murlins, roster. but am intrigued by others

Your best bet is SABR. I am sure someone in the minor league committee could help you out.

If you haven't joined, you really should, as should anyone else on this board who doesn't already belong. The wealth of information is staggering and there is always something new to learn. Also, you are NOT required to do any reserach, but yous till get all the fabulous books.
