I know that there are be dozens of people complaining to Ebay about this sleazebag. What i find amazing are the prices that the guy is getting. For the lawyers: I know ebay has disclaimers and all, but with so many people complaining and with the blatant fakes being presented, can those disclaimers be thrown out, making ebay liable? |

This is a bump too, but, in all seriousness, I feel kind of bad for people like Dr. Koos, Roy Huff and our friend from Ohio. They obviously has significant personal problems/defects, and I'm certain they aren't happy with themselves or life in general. |

I tried to take out his 52' bogus Mantle with my zero rated Ebay ID, but it was somehow blocked. Some poor guy just bought crap for $2000. |

Interesting how this guy is digging up old threads. I floated the idea that he's not getting any real bidders, given some of the prices this clown gets on Yahoo for the same stuff (and scans), I think it's reasonable that's what is going on. Heck, that 1915 CJ Wagner has sold at least 3 times recently in PSA/SGC holders for around $800 in VG, so someone with that scratch should had seen the real deal versus the red mud blob that's up for auction. So, give us an update if you get paid, Mr cardman. |

In my opinion, any scammer from ebay who is posting on this board is not doing so because they want to tell any of us off or disrupt our fun. I believe they are doing it to see if we will say or do anything legally actionable. Simply put, knowledgeable collectors and they're opinions are bad for the scammers businesses. Scammers are interested only in money, so why else would they be surfing the threads on this forum? I certainly don't think it's for research. They want a legal basis to argue that their ebay businesses are being interfered with by people from this board. I think many of us are already well aware of this fact. If that's the case then these scammers are wasting their time. -- Go right ahead Scammers search the threads for a nugget!-- The fraud that these Scammers are perpetuating on ebay is blatantly obvious and easy to prove. I keep copies of every complaint I make about a person to ebay and all online correspondence, just in case. I can't state for a certainty that that's what scammers are definitely doing, but I can't think of any other substantial reason that some scammer clown would waste his time searching through the threads and posting. I think that anybody who brings the illicit actions of CRIMINALS into the spotlight should be praised. And not to be vague, anyone who deliberately tries to commit fraud against another person wehther on ebay or not is a CRIMINAL. My two cents. |
