What do I do?

I won this auction on April 30th, and paid via Paypal same day. Seller left me positive feedback, but I have yet to see the card, or get a response back from him. I have tried email, but it keeps getting bounced b/c the addy listed is inacurrate. I sent email through Ebay as well, with no response. How long before I just leave neg. feedback? What resources do I have available to me outside of calling my cc company and cancelling the transaction? I have been looking for a good condition Pattee for a long time. Any help would be very much appreciated. Here's the auction:

The seller is not a registered user as of now.
You should go to Ebay home page, click on search, then click on find members.
You can get the member information by entering your auction number and the sellers ID. This will give you name, address and phone number.
Call the seller.

You also need to file for a refund with PayPal right away. After 30 days, you are SOL. I did with a seller that had done the same thing. As soon I filed for a refund of money the seller immediately contacted me and said they were sending out the cards.
