The three "vintage" cards in the auction came in a hobby starter kit throughout the 1980s...I received two of those kits when I was in grade school and remember the reprints. There were five in all...T206 Wagner, Plank and Magie...T207 Lewis (Boston) and '33 LaJoie. These things seem to be popping up a lot lately...If you ask this seller where he got those book values for those tobacco cards, he'll probably reply, "They're on the back of the card!" |
