I grew up on a dairy farm and I know old Ford Tractors really quite well.

The rubber tires on this tractor have been trimmed to make the tread look smoother...

I second Dan's opinion. I grew up in Wisconsin, and no self respecting dairy cow would be caught driving that thing. Perhaps a rube mink.
