This was in reference to a 1940 Play Ball Matty that I bought from him, and when I sent it to PSA, it came back "trimmed".
At first, bocotton and I could not come to an agreement for a refund, etc. It was very heated, even though he had sent me a written guarantee prior to my paying him. I was not happy.
It is a few weeks later, now, and after reaching an agreement over e-mail, I sent him the card back. Today I received a full refund over PayPal from him.
I appreciate bocotton's follow-through. I also will say that I believe him when he says that he thought the card was fine. I will do business again with him in the future and I want this to serve as a retraction of my earlier Network54 "negative feedback". The problem worked itself out and both of us are whole: he got his card back in the same condition he sent it to me, and I'm refunded my money.
