Default 1993 Topps Information Sought...

While researching packaging variations for 1993 Topps, I came across two odd ball items for which I am in search of information.

First is an 18-card pack/24-pack box of series 1 cards, but all wrappings are in red - all other packaging types feature blue wrappers and boxes for series 1, with red for series 2. Anyone have any idea if there was a series 2 version of this unusual packaging or why series 1 is in red?

Also, I found a box called "Topps Collection" which contains 360 regular random cards from the entire 825-card set, along with 36 gold and 4 black gold. Does anyone recall these? Were these retail or hobby products?

Thanks!
