What is the best resource that would have pictures and designation for strip cards only?
Have always had trouble keeping track of them. Thanks Lee

I don't remember any specific document about strip cards.
I'd check the old school Krause Standard Catalogs or the Beckett Almanacs as a starting point And you can always use that old friend, GOOGLE to help as well Rich

This is usually my first stop for high level identification. Scroll down for Strip Cards.

The older Krause Standard Catalogue does really well listing strip cards. For years this was the best resource in the hobby for these. Even with that in hand it can be difficult to determine what sets a certain card belongs to. Eventually through the card #, color, orientation of the player, trademarks almost all strips fit one of the sets listed in the Standard Catalogue

Hi Lee, are you looking for existing catalog strip card info or research added to strip issues since the big books more-or-less stopped publishing? (The ACC threw a bunch of different sets into the W500 or WUNC categories that have been since attached to companies and dates, often based on advertising or marketing materials that surfaced since the 1960s.)

The prewarcards website is also worth checking out. Below is a link to its ACC "W" (which includes strip cards) writeups/checklists:

For my two cents the one that is included erroneously is the 1922 W503. Mistake in the original identification.
