1910 Harry Lord Trophy
The great granddaughter of Harry Lord says the cup below was given to Lord as the fastest base runner in the competition held on Doc Powers Day at Shibe Park on June 30. 1910, a benefit game for Powers' family after Powers died from injury in a game when he, as catcher, ran into a wall while trying to catch a foul pop-up. Would anyone venture a guess as to what this might be worth?

No idea but it would certainly add value if they could locate a photo of the presentation and it seems to possibly be missing a lid as well.

Damn, those are cool! Having the Powers Day inscribed on the trophy is awesome. So great to be able to link a piece of memorabilia to a specific day in history.

Damn, I bet watching all the contests was really something! That’s a damn good day of baseball. Happy there was some fun for everyone, during such a sad memorial.
