Anyone recognize what team this could be from? Gentlemen who owns it, thinks it’s 1880s.

I see an interlocking W and S. With that color scheme, I'm thinking Washington State University Cougars.

Letters look like H,S, and A to me. I'm the furthest thing from a pennant expert, but I'd be very surprised if it was 19th century.
