Default Photo ID For Cuban Stars

Trying to identify the players in this image which, I think, is the 1923 Cuban Stars East. (Sold by REA with a description to that effect, but only Dihigo was identified). I HAVE UPDATED TO REFLECT (COLLECTIVE) OPINIONS SHARED.

1923CubanStars.jpg

I'm no expert, but my rough guess for players starting in Top Right and finishing at Lower Right:

Standing:
1. Armando Lopez
2. Juanelo Mirabal
3. Pablo Mesa
4. Alejandro Ohms
5. Jose Maria Fernandez
6. Bernardo Baro
7. Martin Dihigo
8. Oscar Levis

Sitting:
9. Isidoro Fabre
10. Bartolo Protuodo
11. Pelayo Chacon
12. Jose Perez

Would appreciate any thoughts.

Great image. That exact postcard was on eBay for a while, but I think it was ended in the past month or two.

I think you have most of them right. I'm terrible with ID's but the way I identified it was:

1. Armando Lopez
2. Juanelo Mirabal
3. Pablo Mesa
**4. Alejandro Oms
5. Jose Maria Fernandez
**6. Bernardo Baró
7. Martin Dihigo
8. Oscar Levis
9. Isidoro Fabre
**10. Pelayo Chacón
**11. Bartolo Portuondo
12. José Pérez

I think you have them correctly identified especially with the easy ones: Dhigo, Oms, Mesa and JM Fernandez.

I have a Cuban Stars photo I'll post in a separate thread so as to not highjack this one. I, too, need some player ID help.

Nice pick up!

Cheers,
Mike
