FS: 1958 Topps Complete Set (EX to NM), 494 cards, beautiful eye appeal!

Hi all--

I have the pleasure of offering up a complete '58 Topps set to the BST (The gloss on this set is really incredible!). This is part of a set run from '54B through '58T, all from the same long-time collector. He was the father of one of my good friends and colleagues (David), and sadly he passed last year. I did have the chance to meet him twice, and help him acquire a few missing cards to complete these sets for his enjoyment. While the '54B set came via Dean's (despite my urging ), the remainder were primarily pack-pulled by Dave's dad while growing up in Western PA in the 50's, and were generally well cared-for. Most retain the glossy appearance we collectors look for in minimally-handled cards.

I'm facilitating the sale of these cards for Dave with absolutely no benefit to myself, and have had them in-hand for the past month. I've personally reviewed each set, and assigned reasonable grading standards with a Grade Range for each set overall -- I tend to grade conservatively. Dave's only goal is to get a fair market price for his Dad's sets, that reflects the care with which he collected them. He has no interest in consigning to a Dealer at a 20%+ commission, and we will not be shopping these on Facebook given the sometimes unreliable pool of buyers. A minimum of fuss is obviously prioritized!

Sets will be carefully shipped at no cost to you, likely via USPS Priority. No-fee payment can be completed via a number of forms. I’ll also be at the Strongsville Vintage show in Ohio on April 11th upcoming, and can hand-deliver Sets at that time.

While I would usually try to consolidate sale threads, I want to get a good number of pics here for folks to review, so will separate (hope that's ok Leon!). Graded Cards: None.
Notes: Mantle is really lovely with high eye appeal.
Gloss and eye-appeal are high, consistent with pack-pulled, one-owner nature of set.
A percentage of cards have corner indents, which does not detract from the high eye appeal of the set.
