I think Winston Llenas was mostly referred to as Chilote in the Dominican. My guess is it is a Dominican issue, maybe a Dominican Winter League card or something (although he appears to have his Angels hat on).

Dominican card
The first is a Dominican card from the 1960's. The CA on the cap refers to the Águilas Cibaeñas club.
