I don't know what's going on with what appears to be a Score Board COA behind it. Is that supposed to be for the item in question? There's no way Score Board ever wasted their time by having Mays sign 4X6 photos.

It looks fine if it's live ink. He would sign small 4x6s and 5x7s lobby cards when he would be down in Atlantic city with Mickey Mantle back in the early 80's
