Wondering if being careful with distilled water on a Q tip and frequent use of a new q tip would be acceptable to clean a photo such as this one. Appears dirty to me. Is it dirty or is it maybe just degradation of the photo surface. Appears perfectly smooth running my finger over the surface. Could it be clean by an amateur like me? Is there threat of significant harm? Curious
