Not Jays, it would have his name at the bottom.

Also it's curling like it's a real photo. So I'm assuming the surface has photo gloss. Is there anything on the back?

Might be trimmed? Has an auto on it. Same picture as a jay.

Maybe, but Jays are all paper. I don't think they can curl like that. A better photo would help a ton

It is the same photo but I think the white side borders are too wide for it to be a 1962 Jay Publishing even if the bottom is trimmed.

I'm gonna say team issue. The Signature looks like a Stamp but with current photo cannot say for sure. But would be most common option for a team issue.

yeah its does! The photo does have gloss, nothing on the back.

Maybe someone has already said it, but there's an auction watermark on the posted image.
Can you contact them to see what it is (or was) they are selling (or sold) to see if light can be shed?
