Default Rank your football TV announcers for a BIG Game

I will guess no one will like my #1 but this is how I'd rank the pairs.

1. Buck/Aikman (They are the best regardless of most peoples dislike of Buck)
2. Collinsworth/Turico
3. Nance/Romo
4. Burkhart/Brady

Why do so many people dislike Buck? I like him myself.

I don't mind Buck. Collinsworth is the one I can't stand of everyone you listed.

My fav, far and away, is Manningcast.

The others mentioned above are all fine except for Brady. I'm not sure if it's his voice but he annoys me as much as Daryl Johnston did in the booth.

My problem with Buck is that he introduces Aikman as "HALL OF FAMER" Troy Aikman. Why must he say Hall Of Famer EVERY TIME? Is it in Aikman's contract that he must be introduced that way? My opinion is that he is way over rated as a QB. I think Romo was better. But I guess because of the rings that everyone thinks Aikman was better. Here are some numbers.

Romo - 78 Wins......Aikman 94 Wins
Romo 34,183 yards.....Aikman 32,942
Romo 248 TD's......Aikman 165 TD's
Romo 117 INT's.....Aikman 141 INT's
Romo 97.1 QBR.....Aikman 81.6

Aikman is the worst Hall Of Fame QB there is.

Bob

My preference is:

Nance / Romo
Burkhart / Brady
Collingsworth / Turico

Buck / Aikman.......I watch the game muted

1. Buck/Aikman

2. Nance/Romo

3. Collinsworth/Turico
4. Burkhart/Brady

Hate the Cowboys, but have always liked Aikman as an announcer. For some reason Buck never bothered me as much as he apparently does everybody else.

Used to like Romo more then I do now. I think he got lazy once he got his big announcing contract.

I like Collinsworth as a studio guy, but not as a game day announcer. Reminds me a lot of Joe Morgan in baseball. Always in know it all mode. Turico pretty good, but Collinsworth grates.

Burkhart is ok, but Brady is just not a good announcer. Maybe he'll get better the longer he's around. Not sure.

I would slot Greg Olsen right up there with with Aikman if he had a game day job right now.
