Back print question

Does the back of this card appear to have marks on it or is it a print bleeding issue?

Looks like print bleed to me.

Looks like bleeding to me also
If it the card had those type of marks then PSA would have given it a qualifier

To my eye, it looks like print bleed. Quite a few features of the card appear "saturated" with ink.
