There is no debate: Eli Manning is a first ballot HOFer

In case there are any HOF voters on this esteemed board:

If there were a metric for football that could calculate wins above the expected league average given the strength of teammates, it would be even more obvious. Eli Manning has won more with less than any other putative HOF-caliber QB in his era.

In his two Super Bowl (and Super Bowl MVP) winning seasons (over prime Brady/Belichick, no less), Eli Manning had a grand total of ZERO Pro Bowlers on the offensive side of the ball, and only one on defense in each of 2007 (Osi Umeniyiora) and 2011 (Jason Pierre-Paul).

In his entire 16-year career, Eli Manning had 19 Pro Bowl player-years ("PBPLs") supporting him on offense (offensive line, WRs, TEs, Running Backs and Kickers). That's an average of less than 1.2 per season.

Let's compare him with the three other quarterbacks who are both in the top 10 in career passing yards and have won at least 2 Super Bowls. They are Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Ben Roethlisberger, and Eli Manning.

Ben Roethlisberger = 39 PBPLs total (avg of 2.2 per season)
Peyton Manning = 36 total (avg of 2 per season)
Tom Brady = 43 total (avg of 1.9 per season)

You could argue that Eli Manning had less than half the offensive quality for his career than the other 3 best QB comps (comps where career longevity and SB wins come together).
