Pretty cool items for Joe Jackson collector. Would like to sell together but will break up if necessary.

			1. Business card found among personal possessions of Joe. According to the letter, it was found in his wallet at death in 1951. See accompanying letter of provenance from back in 1999. And auction writeup from 1998 from the collection it was sold with. You may recognize the notepad scribbles in the auction ad as a piece that has been authenticated by Beckett as being in Joe’s hand. Obviously I don’t have that, but this business card was part of that grouping for reference. The “Frank Manush” written on the card (maybe in Mrs. Joe’s hand) was apparently a business friend and minor league teammate from his playing career. Pretty cool and unique item. $1200 2. Small 2 x 2 snapshot photo of Joe. Sold in a Hillerich & Bradsby auction years ago. It’s placed neatly in the upper corner of a more blown up copy of the photo which has been nicely framed. It’s small but definitely an original snapshot. $395 Make me an offer. Payment by pp ff if possible. No trades. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Last edited by piecesofthegame; 11-28-2024 at 09:26 PM. |

Great stuff! Last one does make me cringe a little though.

I agree Scott! Never was a fan of relic cards but had it for a long time, figured this was a good way to move it in this lot. I guess it actually belongs elsewhere. I’ll move it.

I am willing to listen to any and all offers on either of these Shoeless Joe items, will not be insulted, worst I can say is no. Especially would like to move the framed photo, just don’t have room for framed pieces. Prices reduced to promote interest.
