Default REA Auction - heads up

Since there was a Golden thread thought I'd mention what I noticed a few days ago. Was checking upcoming auctions and REA has one starting 11/22 and some how I stumbled onto their digital catalog (didn't know they had one of these). Anyway, I'm a BIG J. Robinson fan and noticed there was going to be a 1948 blue Tint J. Rob SGC 8. Never seen one that high. It's way above what my price range is that's the only reason I'm mentioning, maybe someone else here is looking for one of these. I might have to bet a HUGE football parlay this weekend, hit it, then bid. HA, if I was only that lucky.

I pasted what you wrote but the digital catalog was from 2022 with Babe Ruth on the cover, nothing else.

Default Not Ready Yet, IMHO

I consigned a couple of items for the REA Fall 2024 auction just a few weeks ago. So I don't believe the catalog is ready yet in any format. Maybe select pieces only. Who knows. Peace.

I got around to calling REA and they said yes, there is a 1948 Blue Tint Robinson SGC 8 in their auction starting Nov 22. This will be a fun watch. One of my Grails but way out of reach $$ wise right now

PSA literally has two borderless PSA 7s as the example photos on their Cardfacts page for this set:

Correct. High grade hand cut cards make me go batty . Any strip card can be cut again today, if they have enough border, to get a higher grade. I think they high grade strip cards a farce, personally.
