Identification Help---1930's Dominican issue

Wondering if anyone has seen this 1930's Dominican set before:::

It is blank backed and supposedly it was "created during a local tournament in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, between the teams, CERVEZA PRESIDENTE & SEGUROS SAN RAFAEL".

Any help would be appreciated----thanks
