Default 1967 mike shannon 605

Somebody fill me in on why this card commands SUCH a premium? Per the available slit.... it's not on the end. And other cards in that row are not just as high. No i do see its offcenter a lot but asking opinioni here. Thx billp

Plus Mike was a beloved broadcaster for the Cardinals for 50 years. He passed away in 2023 after dealing with long Covid.

He was known for some off the wall comments ocassionally (or often).

Same. Love the card, but it's rough! Currently I own 2 (down to only 1 set, i've built it 3 times like you) and one is tight and centered for my set, the other is the more normal OC that I've upgraded. Due to it's premium, I do love this card. That and the Brooks may be my favorite high number. Colavito and Cash are also among my favorites...

Sadly there were not better than vg/ex and it was before I moved to Texas in 1990 I picked up 9 of them for a total of $$. Never hit a SP run like that again
