Default For Sale $2000: Snapshots of the 1936 All Star Game in Boston (Gehrig, Foxx, Grove, D
Hello all,

This lot is from the 1936 All Star Game in Boston. I have posted it before but it is now up for sale as a lot for $1,300. Shipped priority with signature.

It features 11 photos total broken down below:

2 Gehrigs
2 Grove and Dean's together (reminiscent of the famous professional photos taken of them at the game)
2 Cronins
1 Foxx
1 Schooboy Rowe (mislabeled as Dimaggio)
1 of the National League dugout
1 of the umpire crew
1 from the grandstands looking down

Also included will be a list written out from the original owner of the photos.

I will not be piecing it out and I hope to sell to a collector who doesn't encase them.

They are very cool. A snapshot, if you will, to the virtually unseen 1936 All Star Game. I don't know if you know this, but the Braves left for Milwaukee after the1953 season, and part of old Braves Field is still standing, and what is still in existence is visible in at least one of these photographs. GLWS, sir!
