I picked up this card from an eBay seller in Mexico. I know it is of Mexican baseball hall of famer Alejandro Ortiz. What I dont know is basically everything else. Is this rare? Are there more years to this set? Are they supposed to be laminated? If anyone has any background information on this, I would appreciate it.

I classify pretty much any Mexican baseball card as rare. Arturo (r2d2) might know. He's the only modern Mexican baseball card collector I know.
