I thought paper loss was an automatic 1??? When did that change?

Hard to tell but looks like it’s not paper LOSS but extra paper/paste attached

I do have some with paper loss in my pc and this one does not look like those so I cannot tell exactly what that is.

You are correct….1.5 is the best grade I have ever seen with paper loss. And this was graded on the newer side judging by the serial number.

It's a relabel. I went to PSA's website, and someone had it reholdered.
