A friend of mine has this cut auto that looks like John Montgomery Ward. Not a new purchase, he’s had it for a while. Any thoughts on authenticity?

I cannot afford a 2.5 Superman #! or Detective Comics #27 so would consider less grades for only those two books. |

I am of the personal belief that any ward that ends with the "d" going up instead of down is no good. Just my 2 cents. good luck

No offense intended but I’ve never understood such comments. Is every one of your signatures the same? Mine certainly aren’t. Sometimes I sign formal documents clearly and other times it’s all over the map. And I’ve never had pieces of paper thrust at me at dinners, receptions, etc. The idea that someone had one signature their entire life that was the same …. always befuddles me.
