I just got a card back from PSA and noted it listed it as a 1935 Diamond Stars vice 1934-36. Is this common or has the designation changed? Thanks.

Here's a good article explaining the anomalies of the set.

Phil,
Thank you very much. This explains why I have a Stan Hack 34 and a Stan Hack 107. My Stan Hack 34 says - hit .289 in 1934 so this makes him a 1935 issue and my Stan Hack 107 says - hit .311 in 1935 so this makes it a 1936 issue. I also gather PSA probably just went with 1935 because that is what is said on the back. Appreciate it. Jim |
