Default Who To Contact At TPG's?

I have some really rare but really obscure cards that I would like to have slabbed, but it has been so long since I sent in anything that I have no idea who to contact to discuss it. So, who is (are) the go-to person(s) at PSA, SGC and CGC for customer service in a situation like this?

For PSA, I typically use the PSA research request through the customer request center. You access it through your account online.

You can upload photos of your items, and link to websites and other sources that discuss the set and/or your piece specifically.

My experience is they usually get back to me within 3-5 days. I've had decent success with pre-flighting my obscure pieces this way to make sure that they won't just reject them as unknown. Usually they will even give you a unique item ID, which you can use when you submit, so that the answer from the research team tracks through to their grading team.

Although sometimes the answer is that they can't tell until they get it in hand, which is understandable if it's really that obscure.
