MEDAL RIBBON IN EXCELLENT CONDITION
THERE IS NO NAME ON back of Medal so it was never issued
there is no Bar or PIN and no paper work
DISPLAY CASE AND OUTER BOX NEAR MINT CONDITION
OFFICIALLY ISSUED BY US and outer box has the specifications on side
