Default Oddball Set Late 1940s?

Anybody know what these are? They’re sized like tobacco cards, appear to be hand cut. I think they’re late 1940s due to the lack of 1950s stars. Any help would be appreciated.036DB020-787E-4B43-8D04-6F23819BFB6D.jpg

They are cutouts of 1970s copies of 1930s Exhibit cards.

Looking a little closer, they are not copies but fantasy versions of four in one Exhibit cards from the 1930s. They were produced in the 1970s or 1980s.

They are cuts from the 1977 Jim Rowe issue that was made to look like a 1930s 4 on 1 Exhibit card. As cuts they have no real value but they are fun to look at.
