If anything, PSA should demote it to Authentic. Bill Mastro admitted that he trimmed it. No way it got promoted.

Well it appeared under graded as an 8...sure a 10...why not? Goes perfect with the rest of the story.

It was sheet cut before he trimmed it, and therefore only AUTH to begin with, by most people's standards.

My guess is that it's a glitch. There was a few day period where it was deleted from the Pop Report by mistake as well.

How many have been decertified without recalling the card to be slabbed as AUTHENTIC instead of just leaving the whole situation hanging?

Here's one that's signed by the player's mom, but shows up in the pop report as if it was signed by Pat Tillman himself. And they just graded this one recently.
