For Sale is a really nice upper mid-grade to high grade 1960 Topps set. 571 of 572 cards....the set is only missing the Mantle AS

In the attached pictures you will see the mix of graded superstars (PSA 6 and 7), graded commons (majority PSA 7), the key raw superstars that I have assembled and planned on grading, plus all the remaining raw parts of the set.

a couple of thoughts/comments:

* The cards in the card savers should, in my opinion, get graded. To be clear, I left those in the card savers for the scans just so numbnuts me wouldn't damage them...not trying to obscure any blemishes...in fact, I think the scans looks pretty good. If anyone is interested and wants "naked" scans, no problem

* I get a rough mix of the overall set as 53% ExMt+/NrMt, 47% Ex-ExMt. This mix compares nicely and quite favorably to recent REA set auctions, which I did use as some of my comps. A 47%NrMt, 46% Ex-ExMt, 7%VG set in this month's Fall auction had a similar mix of conditions on the superstar cards, with some of my keys grading higher, at $9900. A 42% NrMt, 47% ExMt set with a better Yaz but missing the mantle #350 in the December 2021 auction at $10,800. Both sets had far less graded cards...like a handful each. This set is frankly just better all-around than those two.

These are bigger deals than my usual on this site...and I am relatively new. I do have references as to my grading and overall deal execution on this board if needed.
