Actually it doesn't say that. It says "minimum $1 bid increments" for which a $27.60 raise seems to qualify. At least that's what I read. You may want to take the word "minimum" out of the rule.

Yes and it has been clarified in the rules. Any whole dollar amount. Thanks for the bids! I am not going to count these first few threads as bumping my threads, as we get everything ironed out. These should be transparent, easy and not require any interaction from a moderator.
