1956 NL Season Pass w/Original Leather Wallet & Schedule WARREN GILES Signed - SOLD!
1956 National League Season Pass
In Originally issued leather wallet, with slip-in gold-embossed leather bound National League schedule included. Signed by Hall of Famer and National League President, Warren Giles. Presented to Alben W. Barkley & Party. A very interesting man to say the least. Best known for being Vice President to Harry Truman from 1949 to 1953. Also known as a long-time Senator from Kentucky who served as both Senate Majority Leader and Senate Minority Leader at different times. A prolific campaigner and workaholic, he passed away from a heart attack while giving a Mock Convention speech in preparation of the Primaries at the age of 78, in April of 1956, shortly after this pass was issued to him.
