Sorry this happened. I just called his registration phone number and it isn't in service. I have pm'd him and emailed him too. He seems to have been on the forum today. Hopefully he responds and says what happened and it's just a mistake or oversight. I would generally ban someone for this but I want him to be able to post and see if there is a good explanation....
