Asking for a friend as to value-- below is the model, although the pic was pulled off the Internet. My friend's copy is also complete with the box and supposedly in mint condition, although I do not know if the plane has ever been removed from the box. Any help on value would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

OK, there we go. A 50s/60s made in Japan, metal toy jet plane, MIB. Doesn't look super rare or especially collectible, and certainly not a name brand manufacturer. Obviously, something in the toy collector realm. I'm thinking $25-$50, unless you get a couple toy fanatics going at it, so maybe upwards of $75 in the best of circumstances.

The logo within the "Made In Japan" legend at the lower right corner of the box lid appears to indicate this
as a probably late-1950s/early '60s product of Bandai Toys, the Mattel/Hasbro of Japan.

Thanks Butch. I was right on with the time frame, just not familiar with the Bandai connection. What do you think as to value?
