The combined PSA/SGC total pop for this card is 10, which isn't all that rare for an EPDG back. How can it be this hard to find one? Scratching my head here . . .

I think that past sales is the key to this one. Cardtarget only lists 3 sales of that combo sice 2008 all in 2012 and two sales were the same card that sold twice.
One was an SGC 60 and the one that sold twice was a VG raw.

There also were two SGC 60 copies sold in January 2015 at one of the now-legendary Saco River auctions. Lots #117 and #118. They went so-o-o-o-o cheap.
