FS; 1954 Bowman Set w/ Williams. Missing only Mantle *Reduced

This set is raw in binder. PR - EX with many better. The Williams is a beater, but there. About half the cards have tape residue at the top but they are super nice otherwise. Grades widely range in this set. It would be a great one to upgrade slowly or add a Mantle and you're done. $~~1,700.00 obo~~ $1500 + $10 s/h
