Did you try sending him a message on eBay? If you send him what you're willing to pay, he could counteroffer you directly through eBay messages now.

There is also a place on the listing that says "Sign up for my newsletter" that may get you his contact info.

In the same bar as Search go to your left and click on Community the bottom one in the drop down is Members list.
