I certainly am not an expert, and don't claim to be, but I have been looking at these gum machine charms since I bought them in penny machines around 1949-early '50's, and I have never seen this pose before!
It is my guess you have some "home-made" jobs.

I don't know what the reasoning is behind the claim that it's definitely not Ralph Kiner (and I don't want to be 'that guy'), but there is quite a striking resemblance to earlier days Kiner (head/face shape, eyes, nose, chin, etc.)...

the ralph kiners have it. i will go with kiner since that is majority opinion. must be a rare pose on this charm - fully original. i will buy all gumball photo charms?
