Antique Football Cabinet. Incredible Image and Story
Offered here is an incredible 19th Century or Early 20th Century Football cabinet printed and mounted by Harry L. Plummer, Lewiston Maine. The image is incredible, clear and crisp with nice color and clarity with a Victorian Backdrop. The player is in his football pants with pads and cleats. He is wearing shirt with no shoulder pads. The card is 3 3/4" w x 7" h. The back of the card has a personalized note : Well Walter: May your season in base-ball be as successful as foot-ball. Hope you have a winning team. By the way Walter give me a lift down the road will you. It is then signed M Shoumacker , Derby Maine
