Original or Reprint

I cannot tell. It looks like a lift point, but just do not know. Things you read about color don't add up when compared to autos that are certified. It looks no different than surroundings on the picture with a black light. The area beside the ink looks different is my only clue it is original, but not too much support otherwise. Thoughts?
